Cancellation Policy

    Nursery Pioneer is a customer-friendly provider of horticultural services. We have, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Following are the main features of this policy:

  • Cancellation request will be entertained only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be considered if the vendors/merchants are already notified about the order/s and they have started the process of shipping them.
  • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not permissible for cancellation.
  • Cancellations are not permitted for the products obtained for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Independence day, Republic day, New Year or any other function in which perishable natural items like flowers, plants etc are used. Cancellations are not possible for such limited occasion offers.
  • If you receive any damaged or defective consumer durable or non-durable item/s, please report the same to Nursery Pioneer’s Customer Care Service within 1 day of receipt of the products. We will, however, entertain the request after checking and determining the same at our own end.
  • The same rule applies if it falls short of your expectations or if you feel that the product received differs from what was shown on our website. You should contact our Customer Care Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will look into the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • Complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, will be decided accordingly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed in case of delivery & acceptance of orders by customer. However, if you feel the order is not as per specifications, please contact our Customer Care and report the matter within 24 hours.
